Petitioners are duly represented now.
Ld. counsel, appearing on behalf of Mr. Pulkit Tare, Advocate-on-record submits that yesterday he has filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos.5 to 7, 10, 12, 13, 15, 16, 18, 19, 22 to 26, 28, 30, 31, 33 to 35, 37, 38, 39, 41, 42, 44, 47, 48, 54 to 56, 58, 60 to 74, 76 and 77. Office to verify and update the records.
Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, 9, 11, 24, 36 and 59 have already filed counter affidavit.
Already duly represented respondents have failed to file counter affidavit, despite last opportunity having been granted, as such, further opportunity stands declined.
Respondent Nos. 4, 8 and 57 are granted four weeks' time, as last opportunity, for filing counter affidavit.
Service is complete on the remaining respondents, but none has entered appearance.
At the end of the period aforesaid, whether counter affidavits are filed or not, Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules.
