UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Application seeking exemption from filing official translation of the Annexures is allowed.

2. Heard Mr. Nikhil Goel, learned counsel for the petitioner. The counsel submits that the impugned direction of the High Court would lead to undeserved regularization of a group of ad hoc appointees working since 2011. He would next submit that at the relevant time when the advertisement was issued, there was not enough regular posts for accommodation of the ad hoc appointees.

3. Mr. Huzefa Ahmadi, learned Senior Counsel appears on caveat for three respondents who were appointed on 14.9.2017 in pursuant to the advertisement dated 28.11.2016. This group had filed R/SCA No. 13218 of 2018. The counsel would submit that the batch of 2016 are on far better footing, to claim regularization.

4. Issue notice on the Special Leave Petitions as also on the interim prayer, returnable in four weeks.

5. Dasti, in addition, is also permitted.
