Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Delay condoned.
We do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned order but in view of the statement in the petition that the order of contempt is alleged has been complied with, the personal appearance in terms of the impugned order shall stand exempted.
It will be open to the petitioners to appear through counsel and explain the position before the High Digitally signed by Court in the matter, if the same is still pending.
The special leave petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
