The matters above mentioned have been filed on 21st July, 2016 against the impugned common Final Judgment and order dated 22nd April, 2016 passed by the High Court of Madras, Madurai Bench at Madurai in Writ Appeal (MD) No. 772 of 2010, 23 of 2012 and 6291 of 2009 respectively but the same was defective. After curing the defects, Counsel for the Petitioner has re-filed the Petition which is barred by time by 34 and 35 days respectively and Counsel for the Petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in re-filing the Special Leave Petition and the same has been condoned by the Additional Registrar on 27th and 28th September, 2016 respectively.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 24027 of 2016 entitled "THE PRINCIPAL, ARULMIGU PALANIANDAVAR POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE -versus- M. MUTHU AND ORS."@ common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 22nd August, 2016 when the Court was pleased to dismiss the same. Copy of the Record of proceedings dated 22nd August, 2016 is circulated herewith.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 28259 of 2016 @ Special Leave Petition(C) CC...No. 15420 of 2016 entitled " THE JOINT COMMISSIONER, CORRESPONDENT, ARULMIGU PALANIANDAVAR POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE -versus-vs R. KANDASAMY AND ORS " @ common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16th September, 2016 when the Court was pleased to dismiss the same. Copy of the Record of proceedings dated 16th September, 2016 is circulated herewith.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 24027 OF 2016 entitled "THE PRINCIPAL, ARULMIGU PALANIANDAVAR POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE -versus- M. MUTHU AND ORS."@ same judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 22nd August, 2016 when the Court was pleased to dismiss the same. Copy of the Record of proceedings dated 22nd August, 2016 is circulated herewith.

It is further submitted that the instant matters are arising out of common order.
