The matter above mentioned has been filed on 21st July, 2016 against the impugned Final Judgment and order dated 22nd April, 2016 passed by the High Court of Madras, Madurai Bench at Madurai in Writ Appeal (MD)No. 814 of 2011 but the same was defective. After curing the defects, Counsel for the Petitioner has re-filed the Petition which is barred by time by 40 days and Counsel for the Petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in re-filing the Special Leave Petition and the same has been condoned by the Additional Registrar on 4th October, 2016.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 28723 of 2016 entitled "The Director of Technical Education -Versus-M. Muthu & Ors." arising out of common order. Same is being listed before the Hon'ble Court on 7th October, 2016 in Court No.11 as item No.40 as a fresh matter.

The matter alongwith applications above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
