UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Mr. Apoorv Kurup, learned counsel submits that the petitioner 1. is enrolled as a Lawyer with the Delhi Bar Council and he is interested to apply for the post of Civil Judge in the State of Telangana by responding to advertisement dated 10.04.2024 (Annexure But since the candidate is also required to produce a $P/5$ ). certificate of practice from the local Bar Association, his didature may be rejected at the threshold.
This Court has entertained similar challenge by a candidate for the post of District Judge.

3. Issue notice. Tag with SLP (Civil) No. 10419 of 2024.
4. The petitioner is allowed to upload his admission form online, in terms of advertisement dated 10.04.2024. As an interim measure, the same should not be rejected on the ground mentioned in 5.2(A) (III)(a) of the Telangana State Judicial (Service and Cadre) Rules, 2023 and the qualification in Clause 6(A)(III) of the Recruitment Notice.
