Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Though we are not inclined to interfere, yet we grant liberty to the petitioners to approach the University afresh for grant of affiliation and if such an application is filed, the University shall deal with the same in accordance with law and afford opportunity to the petitioners to remove the deficiencies, if any.

The special leave petitions are accordingly disposed of
