Respondent Nos. 1,23 and 25 are granted six weeks time as final chance for filing counter affidavit.

It appears that respondent No.1 was already proceeded ex parte vide order dt.13.11.2013 and subsequent on his behalf the ld. Counsel, Mr K.B.Rohtagi filed his vakalatnama on record. Steps for setting aside ex parte order be taken by next date. Similarly, six weeks time is granted for filing counter affidavit to the respondent. Complete set of pleadings has been already received by the ld. counsel Mr K.B.Rohtagi. -2-

Similarly, respondent Nos.2,3,16,17,28 are granted six weeks time for filing the counter affidavit. Complete set of pleadings has been received by the ld. Counsel appearing on their behalf.

Respondent Nos. 9,10,13,26 and 32 are already proceeded ex parte.

It appears that the ld. Counsel for the petitioner has moved an application for substituted service in respect of unserved respondents Nos. 4 to 8,11,12,14,15, 18 to 25,27,29 to 31,33. It seems that office objection has been received that the copy has not been served on the other side but in my opinion it is not at all necessary to serve copy on the other side as it only relates to substituted service on unserved respondents. Registry to process the application for substituted service before the ld. Registrar in Chambers for necessary orders/directions.
