Barring respondent Nos. 16,17 and 28, respondent Nos. 2 to 8, 11,12,14,15,18 to 25, 27,29 to 31 and 33 are yet to be served. Notices be re issued to the above noted respondents through dasti as prayed for. Necessary steps be taken.

The ld. Advocate Mr S.K.Dhingra has undertaken to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 16,17 and 28 by next date. Four weeks' time is granted. In the meanwhile, complete set of pleadings be served on him.

Respondent Nos. 1,9,10,13,26 and 32 are reported to be duly served through post but none appeared nor any steps taken on their behalf. -2-

Similarly, an application for substituting the legal representatives of deceased sole petitioner has been moved on record but the record indicates that it is suffering from certain defects, as pointed out in the office report viz, of not filing the Death Certificate on record. The ld. Counsel has undertaken to rectify the omission by next date.
