Heard learned counsel for the parties.

perusal of the records. we consider it $0n$ appropriate to transfer DMC No. 395 of 2022 titled as "Kapil Kumar vs. Suneetha Raiora Shree" pending before the Court of Principal District Judge, Family Court, Bhiwani, Haryana to Family Court, Hyderabad, Hyderabad District, State of Telangana/competent Court.

Records shall be sent by the Court where proceedings are pending to the transferee Court promptly and without any delay.

The transferee Court shall after ascertaining views of the parties refer them to mediation to explore the possibility of a settlement. The Trial Court shall commence its proceedings after eight weeks to allow the parties, the ecessary feasibility to enter into negotiations to settle the matter.
