"Perused the letter for adjournment. Issue notice, returnable on 17.10.2014 Mr. Ajay Aggarwal, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. Counter Affidavit be filed within four weeks."

Accordingly, show cause notice returnable on 17th October, 2014 was issued to sole respondent through Mr. Rajan Narain, who has already filed caveat/ Vakalatnama on behalf of the sole respondent.

It is submitted that Counsel for the sole respondent has on 13th October, 2014 filed Counter Affidavit and copies of the same are being circulated herewith.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office report.
