The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 5th October, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Delay condoned. Issue notice. In the meantime, there shall be interim stay of the demand, subject to the petitioners' depositing a sum of Rs. 20, 00,000/ before the concerned authorities within eight weeks' time."

Accordingly, show cause notice returnable on 14th December, 2015 was issued to all the four Respondents through registered A.D. Post on 19th October, 2015. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved covers containing the said notice have been received back from the said Respondents so far.

It is submitted that a Copy of the show cause notice was also sent to Mr. B.K. Prasad, Advocate (Standing Counsel for the Unon of India) but he has not filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of the Union of India/Respondents so far.

The Office Report is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court for orders.
