• 2 The petitioner seeks the benefit of 360 days' child care leave (applicable to officers granted Permanent Commission) instead of 180 days, which is granted to Short Service Commissioners officers, on the ground that she has been granted pensionable service on completion of twenty years by the judgment of this Court.
