UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
We have heard learned counsel for the parties. We notice that the suit has been pending for the last 20 years. We feel that instead of going into rival contentions regarding the alleged contempt, it would be appropriate to give a direction to the trial court to dispose of the suit within a specified time.
Hence we direct the Court of Small Causes (Sr.Dn.) at Mysore, Karnataka to dispose of the pending Original Suit No.96 of 1994 within a period of one year from the date of receipt of this order.
All contentions of both sides are kept open. They can be agitated in the suit.
The special leave petition is disposed of. Signature Not Verified
