UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Issue notice and tag with S.L.P. (C) No.22271 of 2011 and Contempt Petition (C) No.266 of 2011. Since the respondent No.2 in S.L.P. (C) No.22273 of 2011, is present on caveat, service of notice on the said respondent is dispensed with. Let notice be served on the respondent No.1, Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University, both in the usual course and also by way of Dasti service. The respondents will be entitled to file their counter affidavits to the special leave petition within a week. Rejoinder, if any, may be filed within a week thereafter.

In the meantime, the contempt proceedings initiated in the High Court shall remain stayed, until further orders. In the connected S.L.P. (C) No.22274 of 2011, there will be a similar order, except that respondent Nos.2 to 7 therein, are to be served, both in the usual course and also by way of Dasti service.
