The Transfer Petition above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 5th August, 2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :

"Issue notice. In the meanwhile, there shall be stay of further proceedings in Petition No. Regular Suit No.1190 of 2016, pending before the Court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Lucknow, during the pendency of this petition."

Accordingly notice was issued to the sole Respondent on both addresses through Registered

A.D. Post on 16th August, 2016.

It is submitted that neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from sole Respondent on first address so far.

It is further submitted that as per Postal Authority track report notice has been delivered on

22nd August, 2016 on second address.

Service of show cause notice is complete as track report to Postal Authority.

In view of Ld. Registrar Court's order dated26th September, 2016 the matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
