UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
We have shown enough indulgence and yet the appointment letters are not being issued by the State Governments. Learned senior counsel appearing for the High court says that the moment the appointment letter would be issued, the posting order will also be issued.
On query to the State counsel we have not received any satisfactory answer. We have shown enough indulgence.
Let notice of contempt be issued to the Chief Secretaries of the State Governments.
If the appointment letters are not issued within three days, the contemnors shall remain present in the court on the next date of hearing
