"Last opportunity is granted for taking fresh steps for service of respondent Nos.4 and 5 in SLP(C) No.25325/2015 and respondent No.2 in SLP(C) No.25326/2015 within two weeks' time. Notice thereafter be issued.

Respondent Nos.1 and 3 in SLP(C) No.25325/2015 and respondent No.1 in SLP(C) No.25326/2015 have already filed counter affidavit.

List again on 28.3.2016."

It is submitted that counsel for the Petitioners has not filed spare copies of SLP for effecting service of Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 in SLP (C) No. 25325 of 2015 and Respondent No. 2 in SLP (C) No. 25326 of 2015 (common Respondent No. 4 in SLP (C) No. 25325 of 2015) so far.

It is further submitted that there are five Respondents in SLP (C) No. 25325 of 2015 and Two Respondents in SLP (C) No. 25326 of 2015. Respondent No. 4 in SLP(C) No. 25325 of 2015 and Respondent No. 2 in SLP (C) No. 25326 of 2015 is common. Mr. Sadineni Ravi Kumar, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 in SLP (C) No. 25325 of 2015 and Respondent No. 1 in SLP (C) No. 25326 of 2015 and also filed counter affidavit on their behalf.

Service is still not complete in respect of Respondent Nos. 4 to 5 in SLP

(C) No. 25325 of 2015 and Respondent No.2 in SLP (C) No. 25326 of 2015.

The aforesaid matter are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
