PARMOD KUMAR ...RESPONDENT

ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the parties at

length.

We have considered the statements made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent. The petitioner - wife is working in Bahadurgarh, Haryana, which is about 50 kms. from Rohtak, Haryana, though she claims to be residing in Rohini, Delhi. Even if the said claim is accepted, it will not be difficult for the petitioner to travel from Rohini, Delhi to Rohtak, Haryana. In that view of the matter, the transfer petition is dismissed.
