The matter above mentioned has been filed by Ms. Anitha Shenoy, Advocate on behalf of the Petitioner against the final Judgment and Order dated 06.11.2014 of the High Court of Karnataka at Bangalore in Criminal Appeal No. 478 of 2010.

It is submitted that there is a delay of 160 days in filing the Special Leave Petition and the same is accompanied with application for condonation of delay in filing the Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted that the counsel for the petitioner has not filed exhibits mentioned in impugned order and in this regard counsel has given a letter dated 30.07.2015. Copy of the letter has been included at page no. 99 of Special Leave Petition paperbooks for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No. 7161 of 2015 arising out of same judgment was listed before Hon'ble Court on 27.07.2015, when the Court was pleased to direct to list Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No. 7161 of 2015 with the instant matter arising out of Diary No. 24128 of 2015. The instant matter has been tagged with Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No. 7161 of 2015 and being listed together. A Copy of the Record of proceedings dated 27.07.2015 is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

The application for condonation of delay is listed before Hon'ble Court with this office report.
