UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. The application for impleadment is allowed.

2. Since the students have been admitted on account of impugned order passed by the High Court of Delhi dated 22.03.2022, we are inclined to allow this application (I.A. No. 99097 of 2023) in terms of the prayer Clause(a), which is reproduced as under :

a) Direct the Mahayogi Guru Gorakhnath Ayush University, Gorkahpur to allow the students admitted [Non-NEET Appeared} pursuant to interim order dated 23.03.2022 to participate in the examination of 1st year BHMS Programme.
