UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Having heard learned counsel on both sides, we find that it would be appropriate in the interest of justice if the order of furnishing cash security in the sum of Rs.5,00,000/- is modified so as to permit the petitioner to furnish property security. We order accordingly.

Accordingly, the petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing property security in the sum of Rs.25,00,000/- to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The special leave petitions are disposed of accordingly.
