Accordingly show cause notice was issued to respondent nos. 1 to 3 through Mr. Gagan Gupta, Adv and respondent no.4 through Ms. Diksha Rai, Adv as per above quoted order but no vakalatnama on their behalf has been filed so far. Mr. Vimal Chandra Dave, Adv has not filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.5.

Accordingly show cause notice was issued to respondent nos. 1 and 5 through Ms. Diksha Rai, Adv and respondent nos. 2 4 through Ms. Rani Chhabra, Adv. Ms. Diksha Rai, Adv has already filed caveat/vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.5, but no vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of respondent nos. 14 so far.
