"Issue notice.

In the meanwhile, there shall be stay of further proceedings in Petition No. O.S.21 of 2016 titled as Sandeep Jain v. Manju Jain, pending before the Court of Civil Judge, (S.D.), Tehri Garhwal, Uttarakhand, during the pendency of this petition."

Accordingly notice was issued to the sole Respondent through Registered A.D. Post on 22nd August, 2016.

It is submitted that Mr. S. Gowthaman, Advocate has on 23rd November, 2016 filed Vakalatnama and Memo of appearance on behalf of sole Respondent and has also filed Counter Affidavit after serving its copy on other side. Copy of the same has been included in the paper books.
