Counsel for the respondents has filed counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 1 in SLP (C) No. 15483 of 2011, Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in SLP © No.15484 of 2011 and Respondent No. 2 in SLP No. 15487 of 2011 & 15488 of 2011. Copy of the same have been included in the paper-books. C.A Nos. 5487-5488 of 2011 It is submitted that service of NLPA is complete and both the parties are represented through their respective advocates. Original record has been received from the Appellate Tribunal. It is further submitted that counsel for the both the parties have filed

It is submitted that pursuant to order quoted above, counsel for the petitioner has not filed process fee/spare copy of SLP for issue of notice on unserved respondent No.4/State of Sikkim. SLP NO. 28966 OF 2012

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 29th January 2014 filed affidavit of service along with proof of service stating therein that showcause notice has been served on the respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4 but no one has filed vakalatnama/appearance so far. Service is complete. SLP NO. 36926 OF 2012

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 28th January 2014 filed affidavit of service along with proof of notice stating therein that dasti notice has been served on sole respondent on 20th January 2014. Service of notice is complete by dasti but no one has filed vakalatnama/appearance so far. SLP NOS. 14751, 14752 & 14753 OF 2013

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 11th December, 2013 filed affidavit of service alongwith proof of service in respect of all the 3 respondents. Service of notice is complete but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on the said respondent Nos. 1 to 3 so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 16th December, 2013 filed an application for interim relief which is registered as I.A. No. 2 and the copies of the same are being circulated herewith.
