UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Mr. P.K. Sachdeva, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the Undertaking in terms of the order dated 18.7.2016 could not be filed in time. On his request, we grant him a week's time to file an appropriate Undertaking strictly in terms of the order dated 18.7.2016.

Upon filing of such undertaking, the petitioner will be entitled to the benefit granted under order dated 18.7.2016 and shall vacate and handover possession of the premises in question on or before 17.02.2017.
