The matters above mentioned were listed before the Registrar Court on 26.07.2016, when the following order was passed:

''Fresh and complete address of respondent nos. 2, 3, 5/3, 5/6, 11/4, 11/7, 13/2, 13/4 and 13/5 be furnished and fresh steps be taken within three weeks time. Notices thereafter be issued. List again on 28.09.2016.''

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioners has on 20.9.2016 filed one set of spare copy instead of ten. Counsel has not filed fresh and complete addresses of Respondent Nos. 2, 5(3), 11(4), 11(6), 13(2) and 13(4). Counsel has only filed fresh address of Respondent No. 11(7). Hence, notice could not be served to the respondents.

It is further submitted that A.D. cards duly singed have been received from earlier notice in respect of Respondent Nos. 3 and 13(5) but no appearance is filed so far. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover has been received back in respect of Respondent No. 5(6).

Service of show cause notice is not complete upon respondent Nos. 2, 5(3), 5(6), 11(4), 11(6), 11(7), 13(2) and 13(4).

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Registrar Court with this office report.
