It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Ms. Usha Nandini V, Advocate on 17.10.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 15.02.2016 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 6610 of 2014 barred by time by 49 days along with the application for condonation of delay in filing SLP.
It is further submitted that SLP (C) No.27718 of 2016 Entitled Shavinder Singh Versus State Of Haryana And Ors. arising out of common Order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 17.10.216 when the Hon'ble Court was directed to issue of notice. The said SLP is pending after notice.(Copy of order dated 17.10.2016 is enclosed herewith)(Main matter is SLP (C) No. 1454814560 of 2016).
It is further submitted that CC Nos. 2117021174 of 2016 Entitled Jasmer Singh And Others Etc Etc Versus State Of Haryana And Others arising out of common Order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 15.11.2016 when the Hon'ble Court was directed to issue of notice. The said SLP is pending after notice.(Copy of order dated
15.11.2016 is enclosed herewith).
It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the copies of Judgment/ order/ notification/ Award/ Annexure/ Gos Letter dated 27.04.2006, 27.04.2007, 23.04.2009 and exhibits. In this regard, counsel has given a letter dated 11.11.2016 stating therein that same are not available and has undertaken to produce the same at the time of hearing, if required by the Hon'ble Court and Counsel has requested to ignore the aforesaid defects and list the matter before Hon'ble Court for consideration.
The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
