Mr. Pramod Swarup,Adv. UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following ORDER As a last chance, petitioners have to file process fee and spare copies of the pleadings within two weeks. Petitioners have to supply spare copies of the pleadings within two weeks to the concerned advocates who have filed their appearance. If process fee and spare copies of the pleadings are filed within two weeks, Registry is directed to issue notice as per earlier order. List the matter on 26.3.2009. If process fee and spare copies of the pleadings are not filed within two weeks, list the matter before the Hon'ble Chamber Judge for non prosecution against the unserved respondents. However Registry shall not wait for filing of the process fee and spare copies of the pleadings till 26.3.2009 and matter shall be listed before the Hon'ble Chamber Judge at the earliest after two weeks, in case of not filing of the process fee and spare copies of the pleadings.
