The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 13th January, 2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Issue notice. Dasti, in addition, is permitted. Status quo in regard to the suit property shall be maintained, until further order."

It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that there are eighteen respondents in this matter. Mr. Rahul Gupta, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance and counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 13 and the counter affidavit has been included in the paper books. A. D. Cards duly signed have received back from Respondent Nos. 14 and 15. Counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit along with proof of dasti service on behalf of Respondent Nos. 16 to 18. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 14 to 18.

It is further submitted that the counsel for the petitioner has filed rejoinderaffidavit and the same has been included in the paperbooks.

And lastly, the matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 24th April, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"List the matter after summer vacation, 2015 on a non-miscellaneous day. Interim order passed on 13.01.2014 shall continue until further order."
