These are the appeals by special leave granted by this Hon'ble Court on 4th August, 2014.

In C.A. No. 7364 of 2014, the sole respondent in the matter is represented by Ms. Sharmila Upadhyay, Advocate. Intervenor has been brought on record vide this Court's Order dated 27th January, 2016 passed in I.A. No. 6. Accordingly cause title has been amended and included in the paperbooks.

In C.A. No. 7365 of 2014, all the six respondents in the matter are represented by Ms. Abha R. Sharma, Advocate.

It is submitted that the I.A. No. 4 (for Stay of impugned Order) in C.A. No. 7364/2014 above-mentioned was already listed before the Hon'ble Court on 5th January, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order :

"Learned counsel for the applicant-appellants states, that an interlocutory application has been filed on behalf of the applicants-appellants seeking a modification of the earlier order dated 4.8.2014.

The Registry is directed to list the aforesaid interlocutory application on 6.1.2015 along with the main case. List connected matters as well on 6.1.2015.

In the meantime, contempt proceedings before the High Court shall remain stayed."

It is submitted that Mr. Gopal Singh, Counsel on behalf of the appellants in C.A. No. 7364 of 2014 has on 3rd January, 2016 filed an application for modification of the Order of this Hon'ble Court dated 4th August, 2014, which is registered as I.A. No. 5 and placed with the appeal paperbooks.

It is lastly submitted that I.A. No. 4 (for stay of impugned order) in C.A. No. 7364 of 2014 with C.A. No. 7365 of 2014 were mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 6 th April, 2016 by Ms. Abha R. Sharma, Advocate, Advocate for the Respondents in C.A. No. 7365 of 2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order :

"List this matter with I.A. No. 5/2014 in C.A. No. 7364/2014 posted for hearing as Item no. 8 on 8/4/2016."

Hence, the matters abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
