The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed by Mr. Ashok Mathur, Advocate against the Judgment and Order dated 5-9-2014 of the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir at Srinagar in LPA No. 182 of 2011.
It is submitted that there is a delay of 61 days in filing Special Leave Petition and counsel has filed an application for condonation of delay to condone the delay of 61 days.
It is further submitted that the Registry has pointed out some defects and counsel for the Petitioner has filed a letter stating therein that Orders dated 02.03.2005, 28.08.2006, 31.05.2010 and 21.02.2013 which are mentioned in the Impugned judgement and List of date and events are not required at this stage of the proceedings and the Petitioners will produce the same as and when directed by the Hon'ble Court. A copy of the said letter is annexed at Page 105 in the paper books.
The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
