Heard learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and perused the order passed by the High Court.

The appellants in this appeal are questioning the correctness of the interim order passed by the High Court to stay the order of decree of specific performance and also granting injunction restraining the appellants-defendants from interfering with the possession of the respondent-plaintiff.

This Court vide Order dated 10.02.2014, while issuing notice directed the parties to maintain status quo. The purport of the order is to maintain status
