Versus HSIDC and Ors. arising out of common followed Judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 6.2.2017 when the Hon'ble Court directed to issue of notice. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 6.2.2017 is enclosed herewith). Main Matter SLP (C) No. 201331/2017.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No.18594/2016 Entitled Pushpa Devi versus State of Haryana and Ors. arising out of common followed Judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 22.7.2016 and directed to tag with SLP No. 15476 of 2016 and other connected case. Copy of order dated 22.07.2016 is enclosed.
