In the course of hearing an apprehension was expressed by Mr.Mukul Rohatgi, learned senior counsel for the petitioner that the batch that is admitted in 2016-2017 might be disturbed. If such a situation arises, the petitioner is at liberty to mention.

In the meantime, the bank guarantee furnished by the petitioner shall not be encashed and the same shall be kept alive.
