Opportunity to respondent No.1 and 2 for filing counter affidavit has already been declined.

Despite last opportunity, fresh steps to effect service of respondent No.3 have not been taken. However, Ld. Counsel appearing for petitioner submits that she will be taking steps during the course of the day. If so, notice be issued to the respondent No.3 and in that case list the matter again on 4.8.2016. But if steps are not taken during the course of the day even then Registry to process the matter to be listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions.
