UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

M.A. Diary No. 15181 of 2021 in SLP (C) Nos. 27528-27530 of 2014

The counsel would refer to the peremptory order dated 13.04.2021 in SLP (C) Nos. 27528-27530 of 2014 to point out that although, two weeks time was granted to cure the defects and file spare copies, because of illness of the counsel, which is supported by medical certificate and the second Covid wave, the needful could not be done within permitted two weeks. Therefore, the Special Leave Petitions stood dismissed without further reference to the Court.

We have considered the averments in the application and being satisfied, set aside the order dated 13.04.2021 and restore the SLP (Civil) Nos. 27528-27530 of 2014 to the file of this Court.

Miscellaneous Application stands disposed of.

In view of letter circulated by learned counsel for the respondents, all connected matters stand adjourned by four weeks.
