UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Delay in filing application for substitution of Respondent Nos.10 and 16 is condoned subject to deposit of costs of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) with the Supreme Court Employees Welfare Association. Abatement is set aside.

As prayed for, application for deletion of the name of proposed LR No.16(iii) from the array of parties is allowed at the risk of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of best efforts, he could not secure the date of death of Respondent No.16. He has filed a certificate issued by the Sarpanch of village as proof of the death of Respondent No.16.
