Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. Of the deceased respondent nos. 10 and 16. The said application shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions with appropriate office report.

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for substitution to bring on record the LRs of deceased Respondent Nos. 10 & 16 alongwith application for condonation of delay of 903 days in filing substitution, setting aside abatement in filing substitution and deletion of proposed Lr nos. 16(iii) and all the applications are in order except one defect i.e. date of death/death certificate of R16 not mentioned in the in the application. In this regard counsel for the petitioner has stated in the application at page 3 para 5 that record of death/Death Certificate of Respondent No. 16 is not available in the concerned authority and the LR of deceased Respondent No. 16 i.e. adopted son has also

died and Counsel for the petitioners wants to bring the LRs of deceased LR of Respondent No. 16 on record as LR of Respondent No. 16. Counsel for the petitioner has also filed a letter of Sarpanch of Village and provided the names of LRs of deceased Respondent No. 16.

The office report for direction is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers.
