It is submitted that Dr. Kailash Chand, Advocate has filed Special Leave Petition on 24.7.2014 against the Judgment and Order dated 23.4.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RSA No. 1937 of 2010 alongwith application for permission to file SLP.

It is further submitted that Counsel for petitioner has also filed an application for substitution of deceased petitioner namely Petitioner No. 1 viz. Jage S/o Bhawan Dass in RSA No. 1937 of 2010, Petitioner No. 1 viz. Shiv Narain in RSA Nos. 1938-1939 of 2010 and Petitioner No. 4 viz. Anand in RSA No. 1938 of 2010, Petitioner NO. 11 viz. Vidhi Prakash in RSA No. 1939 of 2010 which is barred by time by 479, 1951, 1201 and 74 days and Counsel has also filed an application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application.

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) No. 22954 of 2014 Entitled Naresh & Ors. Versus Shamlat Pana Brahmnan Through its Proprietors & Ors. arising out of common order was directed on 5.9.2014 by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ranjan Gogoi and Hon'ble Mr. Justice R.K. Agrawal. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 5.9.2014 is enclosed herewith).

The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
