SLP(C) No. 31283/2014

Four weeks time as last chance is given to all the respondents to file the counter affidavit.

SLP(C) No. 24744/2014

The respondent Nos.117, 1823 are reported to be dead.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of the said respondents.

List the matter again on 11.03.2016."

It is submitted that there are 24 respondents in the matter. As per service report of concerned Civil Court, Respondent Nos. 1 to 16 and 1823 are served but no one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 16 and 1823 so far and Respondent No. 24 could not be served as there is no such person. However, A.D. Card in respect of Respondent No. 24 i.e. Kundan Chand signed by one Mr. Rameshwar has been received back. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed application for substitution in respect of deceased Respondent No. 17 so far.

It is submitted that there are 18 respondents in SLP (C) NO. 27528/2014, 14 respondents in SLP (C) NO. 27529/2014 and 15 respondents in SLP (C) NO. 27530/2014. Counsel for the petitioner has not taken steps in respect of deceased Respondent No. 11 in SLP (C) No. 27528/2015 and deceased Respondent No. 8 & 13 in SLP (C) No. 27529/2014 and Respondent No. 8 & 14 in SLP (C) No. 27530/2014.

It is further submitted that Mr. Rakesh K. Sharma, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 6 & 9 in SLP (C) No. 27528/2014, Respondent Nos. 1 to 7 in SLP (C) No. 27529/2014 and Respondent Nos. 1 to 7 in SLP (C) No. 27530/2014, but he has not filed Counter Affidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of served Respondent Nos. 15, 78, 10 & 1218 in SLP (C) No. 27528/2014, Respondent Nos. 912 & 14 in SLP (C) No. 27529/2014 and Respondent Nos. 913 & 15 so far.

SLP (C) No. 31283/2014

It is submitted that all the four respondents are represented through Mr. Gautam Awasthi, Advocate but he has not filed Counter Affidavit so far.

SLP (C) NO. 28314/2014

It is submitted that there are 18 respondents in the matter. Mr. Rakesh K. Sharma, Counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 to 9 has not filed Counter Affidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of served Respondent Nos. 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17 to 18 so far. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed application for substitution in respect of deceased Respondent Nos. 10 & 16 so far.

The matters are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
