Referred to an Annexure P-11 was directed on 05.09.2014 by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ranjan Gogoi and Hon'ble Mr. Justice R. K. Agrawal. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 05.09.2014 is annexed as Annexure P-11 at page nos. 97-98 in the paper books).
The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
