It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr.Ravindra Bana, Advocate on 23.05.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 06.10.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA Nos. 7202/2013, 23/2014, 7206/2013, 2765/2013, 7196/2013, 7205/2013, 7198/2013 and 199/2014.
It is further submitted that Counsel for petitioner has also filed an application for substitution of deceased Appellant No. 5 namely Gurnam Singh in RFA No. 199 of 2014.
It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition filed against the Judgment and Order dated 06.10.2015 in RFA No. 7198 of 2015 is within time and in RFA Nos.7202/2013, 2765/2013, 7196/2013 is barred by time by 113 days and in RFA Nos.23/2014, 7206/2013, 7205/2013, 199/2014 is barred by time by 112 days and Counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing the SLP.
It is further submitted that the instant matter
is tagged with SLP (C) CC. Nos.11219-11220 of 2016 Entitled " Baij Nath Etc Versus Union Territory, Chandigarh" as both are arising out of similar issue. The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
