It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Surinder Kumar Gupta, Advocate on 23.05.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 06.10.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA Nos. 2405, 2407, 2408, 2409, 2410, 3665, 4546, 5344, 5345, 5457, 5458, 5459, 5473, 5474, 5475, 5476, 5477, 5478, 5480, 5482, 8382, 8384, 8387, 8445, 8446, 8768, 9115 of 2014 and 438 of 2015.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 111 days in filing the SLP against order dated 06.10.2015 in RFA nos. 2405, 2407, 2408, 2409, 2410, 3665, 5344, 5345, 5457, 5458, 5459, 5476, 5477, 8384, 8387, 8445, 8486, 8768, 9115 of 2014, delay of 91 days in filing SLP against order dated 06.10.2015 in RFA Nos. 4546, 5473, 5474, 5475, 5478, 5480, 5482, 8382 of 2014 and delay of 120 days in filing SLP against order dated 06.10.2015 in RFA No. 438/2015 (ii) a delay of 152 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 263, 243

and 272 days in filing and refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 32193/2016 Entitled Union Territory Chandigarh Thr Land Acquisition Collector Versus Vijay Kumar Bansal arising out of common relied upon order was dismissed by the Hon'ble Court on 21.10.2016. (Copy of order dated 21.10.2016 is enclosed herewith).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
