UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

On 20.09.2018, this Court had issued notice.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners

that even after the order dated 20.09.2018 certain promotions have been effected.

Learned counsel appearing for the High Court, however, submitted that those promotions were not based singularly on the provisional list. At the request of the learned counsel for the High Court, time of two weeks is granted so that an appropriate reply responding to all submissions could be filed.

Mr. Vijay Hansaria, learned senior counsel submitted that in the present proceedings none of the promotee officers have been made parties. He further submitted that he has instructions to appear on behalf of the two persons who would like to be impleaded in the matter. Let an appropriate application be filed within a week's time.
