UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

It is submitted by Ms. V. Mohana, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners and also by Ms. Seema Bangari, learned counsel for the Union of India that similar matter pertaining to promotion policy for the women officers in the Army, is listed before the Court of Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India. Accordingly, it is submitted that the present matter which pertains to women officer of Navy should also be tagged with the said case.
The matter be placed accordingly before Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India and subject to permission to be obtained, this matter be listed together with M. A No.1913/2022.
