Service of notice is complete on respondent Nos. 27,30, 34 to 36, 41 to 43, 46, 48, 53, 64, 67, 75 and 77 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Respondent Nos. 25, 28, 37, 51, 58, 61, 69 and 78 have refused to accept the service of notice. This refusal on their part constitutes deemed service but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to remaining unserved respondents shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of two weeks.

Learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 to 16 has stated that the petitioners have not provided the copies of the pleadings to him. The learned counsel for petitioners is directed to provide the copies of the pleadings to the learned counsel within two days and file proof. The respondent shall file the Counter Affidavit within a period of four weeks, thereafter.

Four weeks time is given to respondent Nos. 53, 54, 56 to 60 and 62 to file the counter affidavit.

As per postal tracking report notice issued to respondent Nos. 18,19, 72 and Respondent No. 39 has been received back with postal remarks "Insufficient address" and "No such person" respectively . Hence, learned counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of three weeks file the fresh particulars of the said respondents and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to them and in respect of Respondent Nos. 26, 28, 34, 35, 40, 41, 43 to 44, 49, 58, 63, 71, 77, 78 and 81 within the same period.

Service of notice is complete on remaining respondents but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.
