Service of notice is complete on respondent Nos. 30,34 to 36, 41 to 43, 46, 48, 53, 64, 67, 75 and 77 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Respondent Nos. 25, 28, 37, 58, 69 and 78 have refused to accept the notice sent to them by post. This refusal on their part constitutes proper service but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

As per postal tracking report notice issued to respondent Nos. 27 and 65 has been received back with postal remarks "No such person". Hence, learned counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of two weeks file the fresh particulars of the said respondent and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to them within the same period.

Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the other respondents.

Service of notice is deemed complete in respect of Respondent Nos. 1 to 16 as the same are common respondent Nos. 1 to 16 in connected SLP (C) No. 17102/2021 and represented therein.
