UPON hearing the counsel through Video Conference, the Court made the following

O R D E R

It is submitted by Ld. Counsel that respondent no. 73 in the present matter has expired and Lrs. of the said respondent are not required to be impleaded being service matter.

Further it is stated that as verified by petitioner, the said respondent has no Lrs. He further submits that it being a service matter the impleadment of Lrs. is not required and that he has also filed application for deletion which was dismissed as mis-conceived by the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers, for this reason. In these facts and circumstances, it is requested that the matter be placed before Hon'ble Court.

Accordingly with detailed office report, mentioning the said submissions, let the matter be placed before Hon'ble Court alongwith other tagged matters, as per rules.

In respect of other respondents, service of notice is already complete.
