I.A. for deletion in respect of Respondent No.73 was dismissed vide Hon'ble Judge in Chambers order dated 28.11.2022.

At this stage, it is submitted by Ld. Counsel for petitioners that Respondent No.73 is expired. It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for petitioners that impleadment of Lrs. of Respondent No. 73 is not required, it being a service matter. For clarification in this regard, the matter be listed on 16.12.2022.
